The Australian Junior Chess Championships will run from the 12th of January until the 20th of January. The daily overview of the event is below.
This year, the U18 & U16 Open events will start a day later than in previous editions. This is to allow time for travel from Darwin for players who are participating in the Australian Open tournament in addition to AJCC. As a result, these events will have a second double-round day on January 17th.
The problem solving competition and the Australian Junior Blitz Championships will be held on Friday 15th January. This is the rest day for all classical events. More information on these events can be found here.
